Connecting - with God and our church family

Yes, there is a place for your and your family at Neema. Our goal is offer our church family a sense of belonging, a feeling of trust, a reason for living, and a purpose for tomorrow.

Connection is the step where, after receiving Christ, we lovingly offer new believers or members what we call the "Golden Opportunity" - - the opportunity for:

• A new life in Jesus Christ, knowing of His love, salvation, care, and purpose.

• Getting involved in a Home Fellowship to meet new friends and grow in Christ.

• Attending Neema Bible Study Classes. These are held every Sunday and Wednesday and are designed to introduce you to the Christian faith and equip you to become fruitful with us in the Acts 2:46 Vision.

• Involvement in the many ministry opportunities here at Neema, so that you can find purpose and fulfillment in Christ

Our Worship

Our services come alive with praise and worship that brings glory to God. Under the leadership of Minister Maggie Mwithukia and Charles Kamau and the Neema Worship Team, you will be blessed to experience a joyful sound that lifts the soul, cleanses the spirit, and puts a jump in your step. Need to feel the presence of a loving God? Then, hopefully, we'll see you this Sunday at Neema. Come and experience something different!

Home Fellowships

Home Fellowships are an outreach of Neema Gospel Church whereby small groups meeting in homes can make use of external resource, sermons, outlines and teachings available through the pastoral ministry to deepen their Christian lives. Currently we have 5 active home fellowships and the original vision was to keep their membership numbers at 12. They are zoned based on the Zip code where our members live. If you are looking for a home fellowship, please see the pastor or call us for direction.

It is in these forums that every member can grow into maturity and get to discover their areas of calling and gifting. We encourage every believer to actively be involved in the home fellowships.

Youth

To empower our youth to be leaders, to praise God, and to be good stewards of what God has given them. This ministry will assist youth with achieving their potential with guidance from committed and spirit filled adults. The youth department meets every Saturday afternoon with special events planned for youth throughout the year.

Children

The Children Church is an integral part of the adult church. It is established so that parents can enjoy their own worship service or any other program of the church without distraction. It is also not for social gathering of the children, neither are they to be entertained by the teachers. Children are of great importance to God. Therefore, our Children’s Ministry, under the direction of Minister Janet Mwinamo, takes great care in providing for the needs of the God’s precious little ones. Kids Glorify God consists of a Nursery Ministry for infants and toddlers and Children’s Church for children ages 4 to 11.

Women’s Ministry

Women Ministry has been playing a key and supporting role within the Neema Gospel Church right from inception, focusing on meeting the specific, spiritual, and family needs of women both within the church and the entire world as a whole. Through this ministry, multitudes of women have been saved, restored, sanctified, and Spirit-filled.
For regular and up-to-date spiritual welfare of our women, we have the monthly Women Fellowship on the 1st Saturday of the month at the church. Apart from the monthly Women Fellowship, there are other forums where women gather for the purpose of caring, sharing, and fellowship. These include-

1) Annual Women Dinner held every December
2) The Annual Retreat Conference held every April
The love of God is shown in a practical way and effectual fervent prayers of the righteous are also offered. Enquire and join one of this enriching fellowship within your locality and you will be the better for it.

Missions & Outreach Ministry

Sharing the gospel at home and in foreign lands is a part of the founding statement of Neema Gospel Church. We are strongly committed to bringing the message of Jesus Christ to as many people as possible.
Each September, we mobilize the entire church to go out and witness to everyone on the streets, shopping malls, homes, apartments and on the by-pass and highways. As from, November 1st, 2006, we have reserved the 3rd Saturday of the month as our outreach month where we will be providing hundreds of people with dinners, gifts and clothing for the needy in our community.
